More visibility for startups at annual OMR Festival - deadline for applications on March 14

Women-led startups now have until the deadline of March 14 to apply to pitch their company at the 2025 Online Marketing Rockstars (OMR) festival in Hamburg. The festival, which now counts among the largest online marketing and digital industry events in Europe, attracted more than 67,000 delegates in 2024. This year's agenda features keynotes on huge stages, masterclasses, side events, guided tours and live concerts. OMR 5050 and Lexware's Startup Pitch offers young founders the opportunity to pitch their ideas to investors and make valuable contacts.

Networks for bright ideas

Emphasis is on novel solutions for social and ecological issues and promoting female founders "to realise the great economic potential of diversity", according to Isabelle Gardt, Managing Director of OMR . Ten select startups will be given the opportunity to present their business models during a networking event in Berlin this April. Three finalists will then present their ideas at OMR Festival in Hamburg on May 6 and 7.

Finals and diversity events on main stages

Unlike previous years, the final and other keynotes, panels and interviews on diversity, equality and inclusion will take place on the festival's main stages. "For the past three years, the 5050 Stage has been the heart of the OMR Festival, where we have discussed diversity and equality with an expert audience. However, these issues are no longer niche topics and now play a role in society as a whole. That's why our topics will and must take place on the big stages," said Gardt on LinkedIn.
