NWX 2023 announces agenda including 100 speakers in four venues

26 May 2023
New job fair for students and special events for HR managers

This year's New Work Experience (NWX) gets underway on June 14 under the theme of "Work forward" in four venues including the Elbphilharmonie and the New Work Harbour in HafenCity Hamburg. The organisers, New Work SE, are expecting over 100 keynote speakers including generation expert Dr. Eliza Filby and digital expert Sascha Lobo and artists on 18 stages. New Work SE includes the Xing, Onlyfy by Xing and Kununu brands. The Xing career network is organising a new job fair for students this year and other events dedicated to human resources.

Concept, issues topics and guests

The New Work Experience brings together young professionals and experienced workers with HR experts and recruiting companies. This year's guests include Germany's youngest philosophy professor, Dr. Markus Gabriel, and former professional footballer Steffi Jones. The  pop-rap duo, Madcon, will perform live. Delegates can also attend keynotes, panel discussions, workshops and master classes. Intergenerational co-operation, the shortage of skilled labour, leadership culture and the impact of artificial intelligence on work will top the agenda of NXW.

Highlights

Companies can pitch vacant positions and recruit talented young professionals during the Xing Job World in the New Work Harbour. Students will receive plenty of tips for applications and information on starting a career in workshops. NWX's event for recruiters and HR managers will focus on developments in the labour market, e.g., the four-day week, workatibn, hybrid working models and new opportunities through AI. The 10th New Work Awards will be presented in the evening to honour groundbreaking ideas and projects on the future of work. Those interested can vote online from May 8, 2023.
