"The 'OMR24 for Impact' is a new festival area focusing exclusively on sustainable and social topics. It offers non-profit and social start-ups a platform for visibility and networking," said Dominique Breuer, Sustainability Manager at OMR. NPOs and socially committed companies including the Sea Watch association, Visions for Children, Queermentor, Black Female Business and the Surfrider Foundation will present their businesses at ten booths. The goal is to advocate for democracy, diversity, refugees and environmental protection. Four NPOs including Impacc, Hanseatic Help, Correctiv and Tausche Bildung für Wohnung Hamburg will present their work on stage and in the Impact Area.
More than 70,000 delegates are expected at the Online Marketing Rockstars (OMR) festival underway from May 7-8, 2024 in Hamburg's exhibition halls. The non-profit Lemonaid & Charitea association will have its own exhibition space for ten non-profit organisations (NPOs) and four spaces on the OMR24 for Impact stage. More than 1,000 exhibitors are attending this year’s festival with events on no less than seven stages, 240 masterclasses, over 150 Guided Tours as well as 100 side events.
