OMR Festival gives insight into digital trends
Role of diversity and inclusion for society
For the past three years, the 5050 Stage has been the focal point of the OMR Festival and was a hotspot of discussions on diversity and equality with an expert audience. Organisers are instead thinking bigger this year. Keynotes, panels and interviews on diversity, equality and inclusion will be held on the festival's main stages in front of 5,000 delegates. "We are thinking bigger," said Isabelle Gardt joint Managing Director and Head of Marketing at OMR in a guest commentary for Hamburg News. "As a knowledge platform, we see our task at OMR as recognising, curating and actively shaping trends and developments. Diversity and inclusion are no longer niche topics, but play a role in society as a whole - and are thus relevant for the entire industry and digital economy."
