Semi Private Jet: Travelcoup to link Hamburg and Munich

19 January 2024
Starting on 19 February 2024, the Swiss company will connect the cities thrice weekly

Flying in luxury, comfort and style – that's the promise that Travelcoup is making with its Semi Private Jet offer. The Swiss company is currently planning to schedule VIP flights between Hamburg and Munich from 19 February 2024. The exclusive jet will connect the two cities on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The outbound flight will take off at 9 am, and the return at 6 pm. One-way tickets start at 356 euros. The new service is scheduled initially for three weeks.

Five VIP jets planned by the end of 2024

"We believe there is strong demand potential from business travellers for our Semi Private Jet service on the North-South axis between Hamburg and Munich," Travelcoup CEO Niclas Seitz says. The 22-seat Embraer ERJ 145 VIP jet aims to fill the gap between Business Class on traditional airlines and a private jet. Passengers can expect more legroom, with snacks and drinks included, plus highspeed WLAN. They will in addition be able to check in without lengthy queues and will pass through a personal security check in the Private Jet Terminal. Travelcoup plans to expand capacity with a second VIP jet in the summer. The aim is for the fleet to grow to five luxury jets by the end of 2024.

Further departure points planned for Germany and Switzerland

Travelcoup, founded in 2020 by Travelcoup Schweiz AG, flies from Munich and Zurich to both Mallorca and Ibiza. Additional destinations in the Mediterranean Region are envisaged for the 2024 summer flight schedule, plus further departure points in Germany and Switzerland. Travelcoup also offers exclusive holiday cruise packages in cooperation with shipping companies through its Jet&Cruise service. In addition, Jet&Experience offers tailormade trips for gourmets, golf fans and wine lovers. Passengers preferring not to share a private jet can reserve their own aircraft, along with hotel and transfer, through Jet&Exclusive.
